Leadership is human work.
I help leaders
do it well.

Where the work happens

I work with leaders at four levels: the inner work of knowing yourself, how you show up with others, the way teams work together, and the bigger system you’re part of.

Real change comes from paying attention to all four.

  • Noticing what’s going on inside – your patterns, emotions, and assumptions - and learning to lead yourself with more clarity and courage to explore new ways of being.

  • How you show up to others – building on your strengths, tackling the habits that hold you back, and growing the way you relate and lead day to day.

  • Helping teams talk honestly about what matters – trust, conflict, blind spots – so they can get clear, pull together, and deliver.

  • Seeing the bigger picture – how your actions ripple across the organisation. Working to influence beyond your own patch, and lead in ways that lift the whole.

About Dan Ossher

For the past two decades I’ve been alongside leaders as they navigate the messy, human side of leadership.

I work as a coach and facilitator who believes the answers are already in the room – my role is to ask the right questions, provoke fresh insight, and help you take accountability for meaningful growth.

It’s serious work - and we do it with enough lightness to keep perspective and invite honest conversation.
