Participants say I’m present, authentic, and calm. Whether facilitating solo or bringing in trusted colleagues for larger groups, my goal is to create an environment where people feel safe to do the real work.

In leadership programs, I work with sponsors to anchor workshops in the organisation’s context and priorities. Then I push participants beyond the familiar – to experiment, shift mindsets, and make the learning stick. I’m equally at home with client-provided content or my own designs, but at my best when co-designing for impact.
