At the foundation of my practice lies a simple belief: People do their best work when they feel safe, valued, and understood.

ABOUT ME

I’m based in Melbourne, Australia, with my wife and two primary-school-aged children. Outside of work, I recharge by spending time camping or hiking and occasionally playing jazz piano with a glass of red nearby. These moments ground me and remind me how important balance and presence are, both in life and leadership.

I became a psychologist because we spend so much of our waking lives at work, and I want to support people to thrive in that space. I choose to work with leaders because of the enormous impact they have on their teams and organisations. Leaders are pulled in many directions, and I help them catch themselves in those moments and remember what truly matters: the person in front of them needing their focus, support, and appreciation.

I’m known for creating a space where wisdom meets warmth – where expertise is delivered with genuine humanity. Clients appreciate my ability to read the room, adapt to what’s needed, and bring moments of levity even in the toughest conversations. This presence supports leaders in navigating the complex realities they face, fostering growth from the inner self out to their teams and the broader system.

Leadership is demanding and often messy. It requires constant attention to how we show up — not just for others, but for ourselves. My role is to help leaders pause, notice, and deliberately choose actions that align with their values and the impact they want to have. That’s the work I’m passionate about supporting, one conversation at a time.

I hold a Master of Organisational Psychology (Monash University) and am accredited in the Leadership Circle Profile, Human Synergistics LSI, Genos EQ suite, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, Saville WAVE, SHL’s OPQ, DISC, Team Management Systems (TMS), and Hay Group Job Evaluation methodology.
