About Dan Ossher

For the past two decades I’ve been alongside leaders as they navigate the messy, human side of leadership.

I work as a coach and facilitator who believes the answers are already in the room – my role is to ask the right questions, provoke fresh insight, and help you take accountability for meaningful growth.

It’s serious work - and we’ll do it together with enough lightness to keep perspective and invite honest conversation.
